Astryx was born in 2019 to fill a gap in the market of personable, high-quality procurement and commercial advice and outputs. While the market may have changed with many new and expanding firms offering like services, Astryx continues to be sought after for these same reasons.

Astryx understands that cost and efficiency optimisation can best occur down-stream in delivery.  Following establishment, Astryx places its focus on developing administrable and clear contract management plans to support implementation of the contract. This is based on best practices and working with our client to understand and track critical requirements. 

Training

Astryx believes that the path to achieving long-term and lasting results is to work with our clients and transfer knowledge freely between us.  This is our commitment to our clients and our training offering mirrors this ethos. We deliver open, facilitative and adaptive training courses bespoke to our client and their needs.
